Heretic Brewing Company

Heretic Brewing Company – Heretic is a locally-owned microbrewery in Fairfield with a large tap room and full kitchen featuring burgers, wings, sharables, and a special Sunday brunch menu. Heretic crafts a wide variety of beers, from West Coast IPAs to New England IPAs, Belgians to Lagers, Sours to Stouts. It’s also kid and dog-friendly!

Berryessa Brewing Company

Located in the historic town of Winters, Berryessa Brewing Company is a 20-barrel craft brewery that has been a favorite local gathering spot for years. A relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere in a country setting, Berryessa Brewing Co offers indoor seating, scenic outdoor seating, food trucks, live music, good company and most importantly, excellent fresh beer. You can also purchase 64 oz. growlers to go of any of the six rotating taps. 

Bike Dog Brewing Company

Bike Dog is an independent craft brewery in West Sacramento. Visitors can watch beer being made, enjoy onsite food trucks, and, of course, bring their furry friends. In addition to a large selection of rotating taps featuring a wide range of beer styles, Bike Dog also organizes a handful of cycling events that start and/or end at the taproom. 

Three Mile Brewing Co

Three Mile Brewing Co. was founded by seven guys driven to create wonderfully unique, high quality craft beers for Davis and surrounding area beer connoisseurs. Three Mile Brewing produces small batch craft beers that are distinctive and vary with seasons and availability of fresh, local ingredients.

The Valley Brewing Company is Stockton’s oldest brewery. Whether you want to catch the game, grab a bite, or sip on some hand-crafted ales, it’s the spot to stop. In addition to a micro-brewery, Valley Brewing Co is also a well-established family restaurant, jazz club, and a Stockton standby. 

Channel Brewing Co

Inspired and created by local Stocktonians, the vision of Channel Brewing Co. is one that is grounded in community building. This brewery is a spot for small live music, backyard BBQs and 5k “Just Brew It” runs. Channel Brewing is in a prime logistical location for those traveling through town on I-5 or highway 99 from the Bay Area or Sacramento and beyond. Enjoy flight tastings, complimentary games, house-made pizza, and more. 

Persuasion Brewing

Hoping to change minds one amazing beer at a time, the owners’ passion for craft beer has developed into a desire to change the beer culture in Modesto. Visitors will find nicely curated guest taps in addition to excellent Persuasion-brewed beers, in a comfortable setting. 

Blaker Brewing

New to the craft brew scene in 2018, Blaker Brewing is a destination brewery off the beaten path just south of Modesto. Sourcing the freshest ingredients from neighboring farmers in the Central Valley to craft a wide selection of delicious beers, Blaker Brewing also partners with local restaurants, chefs, and food trucks to bring amazing bites to the taproom. Visitors also enjoy live music, pub games, trivia nights, and more. 

Lengthwise Brewing

Visitors can enjoy a full menu of brew, grub, to-go beer, and fresh roasted coffee. If it’s a brewing day, (which fortunately most are!), customers can observe the brewers hard at work while they sip a Centennial and dine on Beer Bathed Fish n’ Chips. The Brewery houses a vintage motorcycle collection and art by local artists, and free tours are offered every Saturday at 3pm. They also roast their own coffee beans!

Dionysus Brewing Company

A Bakersfield hidden gem, Dionysus focuses on crafting barrel-aged sours and wild ales while pushing the boundaries of IPAs and other various styles. If you enjoy experimenting with unique flavors (or are traveling with someone who usually doesn’t like beer), this is the place to be. 

BarrelHouse Brewing Co.

Featuring two stages, a massive outdoor space with a larger than life patio born from the Pismo Pier, vintage pinball machines, and 26 taps of BarrelHouse beers, BarrelHouse Brewing Co is one of the most fun spots in the Central Valley. In addition to great brews, visitors will find food trucks, live music, and energetic events every weekend throughout the year. 

Pine & Palm Brewing

Home of Fresno’s original crowler, Pine and Palm Brewing is known for its rich line of porters and innovative IPAs. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday you can enjoy the tasting room from 5 to 10 PM complete with tasters, pints, crowler fills, live sporting events on multiple TVs and games. And on Fridays, you can indulge in delicious street tacos from a local taco truck.

Full Circle Brewing Co

In 2016, the oldest running brewery in the Central Valley met its new owners. Today, Full Circle Brewing company is, literally, at the center of the California craft beer boom. Focusing on what they like to call “beertainment,” Full Circle Brewing is the place in Fresno for concerts, roller derby, bike polo, dodge ball, pub quizzes, craft nights, art shows, and other exciting events, all infused with quality brews. 

Tactical Ops Brewing

 Tactical Ops combines a passion for high quality craft beer with the appreciation for those who served our country. Each of the Brewers have close ties to the military. Tactical Ops Brewing currently has 2 tap rooms, the original location located in Fresno and the production facility located in Clovis. Pop in on one of their popular Beer & Churros nights, and enjoy live music on the weekends.
